This is not a pure royalty — it covers marketing, customer support, reservations, payment processing, and finance operations that we run for you. What we DON'T charge: no setup fee for new cities, no exit penalty, no equipment leasing, no mandatory software subscription on top.
Because we operate your business for you. The 30% is not a royalty — it’s a bundled service fee broken down precisely: performance marketing 16% + customer support & reservations 5% + payment processing 3% + finance operations 1% + brand royalty 5% = 30% total. Most franchises charge 6–10% royalty + 2–4% marketing fund. On top, the franchisee pays their own customer service staff, their own bookkeeper, their own booking software (€5–10k/year combined), and their own local marketing (typically another 8–12% of revenue). Indefinite-term agreement with a 6-month notice period (either side). No fixed minimum commitment. After your initial 12-month onboarding period, you can exit with 6 months notice — we transition guests, refund deposits, and you keep all unfilled corporate bookings. Full contract terms reviewed at intro call. No commitment until you sign.
